Salary: BDT 35k - 60k (Negotiable based on experience)

A leading IT company specializing in innovative technology solutions, is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Senior Executive - Business Development. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional with a proven track record in driving business growth and building strategic partnerships within the IT industry.

Responsibilities:
1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, conduct market research, and develop strategic plans to expand the company's client base.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.
3. Develop and execute effective sales strategies, including lead generation, prospecting, and negotiation to meet or exceed revenue targets.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions, product roadmaps, and go-to-market strategies.
5. Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
6. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote brand awareness and establish thought leadership.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
2. 1-3 years of proven experience in business development or sales roles within the IT industry.
3. Strong knowledge of IT solutions, emerging technologies, and market trends.
4. Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and drive revenue growth, as well as knowledge and understanding of government project sales.
5. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to make data-driven decisions.
7. Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
8. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales and marketing tools.
9. English medium background would be more prioritised.

Work Time: 10:00 AM- 7:00 PM (Sunday-Thursday)
